Extruibérica was born in 2019 as a family business with the vocation of offering the best industrial solutions in the extrusion of aluminum profiles.

The origin is in Siplan, the leading company in Spain since 1993 in the manufacture of systems for sun protection. From the beginning, Siplan was a pioneer in the application of aluminum profiles in the sector, developing flat awning systems.

After constant growth to date, in 2019 the company’s management decided to create a new company dedicated to the extrusion of aluminum profiles, with the acquisition of a extrusion press in the new facilities, of 15,000 square meters built, and located in Mairena del Alcor.

Extruibérica has a new generation 2,300-ton aluminium extrusion that operates with an 8-inch billet, with the most advanced technology, which includes the latest in energy efficiency. Air or water cooling system if required. The stacking is automatic, as well as the maturation of the extruded aluminum profile.

We have an intelligent basket warehouse, with an aerial crane for the movement of these baskets. We put at your disposal a vertical aluminum powder coating line, with a lacquering length of up to 7.5 meters. The cutting and packaging of the profiles is carried out with minimal manipulation, thanks to which an excellent standard of quality is achieved in the final product.
